The forms
When you send a form on this site, we receive what you type or choose in it. Depending on the form, that is your name, your phone number, your email address, where the water is coming from, your borough, the kind of building, whether it is still leaking and anything else you choose to write. The form is stored on this website and sent to us by email.
We pass those details to an independent local restoration provider serving New York City so that the provider can contact you about the water damage. That provider is a separate business, and what it does with your details is governed by its own practices. Ask the provider when they contact you.
If you hire a provider
This site does not inspect, repair or invoice anything and keeps no records of work done. Anything you agree with a provider, and any information you give them directly, is between you and them.
What this site does not collect
The forms do not ask for photos, payment details or insurance policy numbers, and you should not send them through the form. If a provider needs photos or other documents, they will ask when they contact you, and you can decide then what to share with them.
Seeing, correcting or removing your details
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it removed, send the form on the contact page and say in the last box what you sent and roughly when. To have a provider remove details it holds, ask that provider directly.

If what this site collects or where it sends it changes, this page will be updated.
